Lori – thanks for the list. I’ll get these added to the list. Actually, I have Shadow Bound classified as urban fantasy, so it’s listed on my other reading challenge. I’m working on updating the list again by the weekend.

Got ya. I’m doing my own little challenge myself, evaluating debut paranromals by new authors to see what was special enough about the book to make that first sale. I was able to add 4 more to my list from yours that I wasn’t aware of. Thanks. I’ll be checking back regularly to see if you’ve added any more. Here’s some from my list that you don’t have:

Make that 7. Only 4 appear to be true debut novels by new authors. So I’m guessing this list includes previously published authors breaking into the paranormal genre?
